We are a Real Estate Appraisal firm focused on the Residential appraisal needs of banks, mortgages companies, corporate and private clients. Our twelve years in the business and affiliation with over fifty approved lenders is the foundation upon which we have built a solid, well respected reputation. We serve the six northern New Jersey counties of Bergen, Essex, Morris, Passaic, Sussex and Warren. We are FHA approved; All reports and sketches are computer generated; we have EDI (transmission) capability using Adobe Acrobat; Our strengths are in Residential single family, 2-4 family, Relocation, Condo, Vacant land, Foreclosures, Values in excess of $1MM, Estate, Divorce and Tax appeals.

The majority of our business comes from local institutions. From feedback, we know you like the professionalism of our reports, value our knowledge of the area and industry, love the quick turn-around times and open lines of communications, and then stay with us for the long term.

A number of national companies use us, mostly from recommendations, and some find us through our listings with the many professional organizations we are members of. This segment of our business has steadily increased in volume every year. Why? You like the quality and timeliness of our products. Your underwriters appreciate the accuracy, attention to detail and full narratives. We demonstrate by word and deed that we represent your interests in our local area. We never take for granted what you may or may not know about the area. You may never see our face but our constant communication on job status could make you think we are right next door.

Private homeowners make up almost 20% of our business. That is high for our profile and so it is another confirmation that says we are doing things right.
